Refund & Returns Policy

At Gamers Planet (gamersplanet.co.ke), we are committed to transparency and customer satisfaction. This policy explains our return, refund, and exchange procedures in accordance with Google Merchant Center requirements.
1. Return Window
Customers may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.
Return requests submitted after 30 days will not be accepted.
2. Return Conditions
To qualify for a return:
The item must be unused
The item must be in its original packaging
All original accessories, manuals, and components must be included
The product must not show signs of physical damage, misuse, or wear
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided
Gamers Planet reserves the right to inspect all returned items before approval.
3. Non-Returnable Products
The following items are not eligible for return:
Digital downloads or activation codes
Opened software products
Used gaming accessories (headsets, controllers, etc.)
Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
Products damaged due to customer misuse
4. Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items
If you receive:
A defective item
A damaged item
The wrong item
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide:
Clear photos or videos of the issue
Order number
If confirmed, we will:
Replace the item (subject to availability), OR
Issue a full refund
Gamers Planet will cover return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items.
5. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method used at checkout.
We do not issue cash refunds for card or mobile money payments.
6. Refund Processing Time
Once your return is received and approved:
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
It may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund
You will receive confirmation once the refund has been issued.
7. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
We recommend using a trackable shipping service
Gamers Planet is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments
8. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only before they are shipped.
Once shipped, orders must follow the standard return process.
